Make your own choice in the Donor Registry

Everyone from the age of 18 is registered in the Donor Registry. This means you, too. If you have not entered a choice, then you are listed in the Donor Registry as having no objection to organ donation. You are thus a donor. If you do not want this, then make your own choice.

The law was changed in 2020. Everyone from the age of 18 is now registered in the Donor Registry. That is why it is important to make the choice that suits you best. If you have not entered anything, then you are listed in the Donor Registry as having ‘no objection’. This means that following your death, your organs and tissues can be donated to a patient recipient. If this is not what you want, then change your choice. You can change your choice as often as you wish.
